Irwin Mental Health Centers

Mind Dojo offers intensive outpatient programming and mental health services from locations in Monroeville and Irwin, Pennsylvania. The program features a dedicated adolescent track called The Teen Dojo, alongside adult IOP, substance use treatment, EMDR therapy, Brainspotting, ADHD evaluations, psychiatry with medication management, and Spravato (esketamine) treatment. Mind Dojo also operates LUX, a wellness division offering biomarker analysis, hormone replacement, and vitamin optimization, and runs a community scholarship program for those who cannot afford care.
