DeCoach Recovery Centre's Eaton location is one of several Ohio sites offering a full continuum of substance use care, from withdrawal management and residential treatment through PHP, intensive outpatient, and outpatient programs. Medication-assisted treatment includes Suboxone, Vivitrol, methadone, and oral naltrexone, and a court-services division partners with probation and courts across Preble and neighboring counties. DeCoach accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most private and military insurance plans, and treats people regardless of ability to pay.
