Riverwood Center's Niles Office at 24 N. St. Joseph Avenue provides outpatient mental health and substance use services for Berrien County residents. Operated by the Berrien Mental Health Authority, the CARF-accredited organization uses a sliding fee schedule and runs a 24/7 crisis line.
