Franklin County Treatment Centers

ServiceNet is a nonprofit human services organization serving western Massachusetts with mental health, substance use recovery, developmental disability and brain injury services. Its substance use recovery programs include residential recovery houses and supportive housing, counseling, and a certified community behavioral health clinic (CCBHC), alongside vocational programs such as Prospect Meadow Farm. It accepts Medicaid and Medicare, among other coverage.

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is a statewide Massachusetts nonprofit providing integrated mental health and substance use treatment, with residential care at its Greenfield location in Franklin County. The program serves adults facing mental health, substance use, and co-occurring developmental challenges through counseling, medication management, and community-based support. BHN accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.
