Glass House Recovery provides partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) addiction treatment in Ellicott City, Maryland, with a creative-focused approach that integrates art therapy and experiential modalities alongside evidence-based clinical care. The program treats substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, and trauma. Located in a converted industrial space in Old Ellicott City, Glass House accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, TRICARE, and Maryland Medicaid, with self-pay also available.

Hilda's Place Behavioral Health Services, founded in 2018 in memory of community activist Hilda, provides intensive outpatient and outpatient substance use and mental health treatment in Glenwood, Maryland. The program offers medication-assisted treatment, DUI services, early intervention for youth, psychiatric rehabilitation, and dedicated support for the LGBTQIA+ community. Hilda's Place is a Joint Commission-accredited nonprofit organization that accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most commercial insurance plans.
