Its residential facility works on more than the substance use itself: 24-hour care there addresses homelessness, mental health and unemployment alongside addiction, which is what distinguishes a VA domiciliary program from a standard rehab. The campus also provides mental health care, PTSD treatment, homeless veteran care, caregiver support and primary care, and works with Disabled American Veterans and county veterans affairs directors to arrange transport.
