The residential track runs 45 to 90 days on a recently renovated campus, with Spanish-language counseling offered to remove language barriers, veteran services for people who are not eligible for VA benefits, and alumni who return to lead AA and NA meetings for current clients. Medicaid and private pay are accepted, Aetna and Cigna plans are listed, and the organization says financial assistance is available for people who could not otherwise afford treatment.

Its protocols use intravenous as well as oral medication to manage withdrawal, with 24/7 monitoring, and include specialized routes that most detox units do not offer: a high-dose methadone protocol used with patients on up to 350 mg, an accelerated micro-induction protocol for fentanyl and other opioids, and a benzodiazepine taper that continues as aftercare once inpatient detox is complete.
