Leon County Outpatient Rehabs

DISC Village's West Tharpe Street site in Tallahassee provides outpatient and intensive outpatient substance use treatment alongside the organization's behavioral health, criminal justice and child welfare work, and gives out Narcan overdose reversal medication free of charge. DISC Village is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) that has worked in north Florida since 1971, is licensed by the Florida Department of Children and Families and accredited by CARF, and assesses fees on a sliding scale based on household income. It is an in-network Medicaid provider, and Medicare, military insurance and state funding are also accepted.

The Tallahassee Outpatient Annex is part of the North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System, providing outpatient substance use and mental health treatment to veterans. As a U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs facility, it offers individual and group counselling, relapse prevention, and aftercare planning. The facility accepts Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance.
