Darien Treatment Centers

Newport Academy's Darien location is an outpatient site for adolescents, running partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programming for mental health conditions, co-occurring disorders and substance use — the step-down levels of the residential care Newport provides elsewhere. Treatment draws on cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT and EMDR, involves families directly, and is delivered under the Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval. Private and military insurance and self-pay are accepted.
