Muir Wood provides residential and intensive outpatient treatment for adolescents ages 12–17 with primary mental health conditions and co-occurring substance use, at its Riverside, California campus. The program features WASC-accredited academics coordinated with each teen's home school, and an integrated team of psychiatrists, therapists, nurses and educators. Muir Wood is in-network with most commercial insurers and is not in-network with Medi-Cal/Medicaid.

Discovery Mood & Anxiety Program provides residential and outpatient mental health treatment for depression, anxiety, PTSD and co-occurring substance use at its Vista, California site. Adults and adolescents are treated in separate programs rather than together, and online treatment is offered alongside in-person care. The organization has run since 1997, operates more than 30 treatment centers across nine states, describes its approach as measurement-based, and is accredited by The Joint Commission.
