Thermal Treatment Centers

Casa Cecilia is a six-bed residential recovery home for women in Thermal, run by the Riverside County Latino Commission, whose facilities are the only Spanish-speaking substance use facilities in Riverside County. The 60-day inpatient program covers individual and group counseling, relapse prevention and aftercare, and is licensed and certified by the California Department of Health Care Services. It is funded through Riverside County Medi-Cal — California's Medicaid program — with private and military insurance, public assistance and a sliding scale for self-pay also accepted.
