Ontario Outpatient Rehabs

New Creation IOP is an outpatient addiction treatment program in Ontario, California, serving San Bernardino and Los Angeles counties and the towns around Ontario — Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Colton, Chino, Pomona, Claremont and Montclair. It runs a stepped continuum: partial hospitalization at five days a week, intensive outpatient at either five or three days (roughly 10 to 12 hours), and outpatient care at one or two days a week, with evening hours and a sober-living option so clients can keep working. It is licensed and certified by California's Department of Health Care Services, and is part of His House New Creation Addiction Treatment, which has provided recovery services since 1994. Medicare is accepted here, as are private and military insurance and state funding.
