Monte Nido Rosewood Ranch in Wickenburg, Arizona is a licensed inpatient behavioral health facility specializing in eating disorders — anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder and ARFID — for adults and adolescents of all genders, with adult and adolescent treatment kept in separate secure locations. Levels of care run from inpatient stabilization through 24/7 residential living to day treatment (PHP and IOP) and virtual programs, and co-occurring addictions and mood or psychiatric disorders are treated alongside the eating disorder. The program is accredited by The Joint Commission and is a member of the Residential Eating Disorder Consortium and the Eating Disorders Coalition.
