Snowflake Mental Health Centers

ChangePoint Integrated Health's Snowflake clinic on South Main Street combines outpatient behavioral health counseling and psychiatric services with primary medical care in the same building — integrated care in the literal sense, which in a small Arizona town removes a second journey. ChangePoint has served Navajo County since 1966 and also operates a 16-bed inpatient psychiatric hospital. It states that it will not refuse services because a person cannot pay, or because payment would come from Medicare, Medicaid or CHIP. Medicaid, Medicare, private and military insurance, state funding, public assistance and self-pay are accepted, with a sliding fee schedule.
