Alcohol and marijuana abuse remain significant problems in Oklahoma, but within the last decade, meth addiction has become arguably the most devastating threat. Crack cocaine is also a problem.

There are almost 150 drug and alcohol treatment centers within Oklahoma, and although many operate as private drug rehabs, serving primarily clients with good medical insurance, there are also a number of free or very affordable drug and alcohol rehabs throughout the state.

Additionally, the State of Oklahoma will also fund some drug and alcohol treatment for those without insurance, and who meet certain income requirements.

Please review the contact information for accessing state funded drug and alcohol treatment, and please also review the list of free and very affordable drug and alcohol rehabs throughout the state.

You can get better, getting into treatment is a great first step, and there is a drug rehab for everyone, no matter how little money you may have to pay for your treatment.
