i was lucky to receive funding .unemployed and being there at the right time. my girlfriend wasn't that lucky. she pays $120 per week. the program is not flexible and makes it hard to get to work in the morning.
they will try to keep you there as long as they can . you have to plan your exit strategies yourself. in short, it looks like a government operation where lots of money is spent on everything that doesn't actually help. this could be such a great solution if it was reorganized from the ground up.
.... and stop using that lab that contaminates drug screenings and is the most expensive solution.
This place is profiting greatly off of people’s illnesses. They charge $400 a month to get your meds, after an initial $300 down. For people that are down and out and need help, this made things feel even more hopeless because I couldn’t afford treatment. I wouldn’t be surprised if many people don’t stay in the program because of this. It was more expensive than my habit. This place isn’t luxury by ANY means, for having to pay money like this. It’s depressing, demeaning to your self esteem and no positivity is provided by the staff.
Do yourself a favor, google other addiction treatment physicians in an actual office setting, where you can feel human, and thank god your insurance will save your peace of heart and mind.
