Jack KlineJack Kline MS, LPC, LCAS, NCC

Executive Director

Jack holds a MS in Mental Health Counseling, is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist, and a Nationally Certified Counselor. Jack is also license eligible as a marriage and family therapist.

Jack has over 20 years of experience dealing with addiction, recovery, and chemical dependency issues, including process addictions. He also has extensive experience with depression, bipolar disorder, gender identity issues, family issues, oppositional behavior, conduct disorder, and developmental issues pertaining to adolescents and young adults.

Jack’s previous experience includes being the Program Manager and a primary therapist at SUWS of the Carolinas, the Clinical Director of Phoenix Outdoor Treatment and providing care in both private practice settings and the public sector.

Jack’s clinical approach when working with substance abuse includes a systemic view of the nature of addiction as it involves and impacts the family. Jack believes in an integrative approach that deals with the underlying emotional issues that lead to drug abusing behavior.

Jack has received extensive training in the following areas:

Heather Schnoebelen Heather Schnoebelen

Clinical Manager

Heather holds a Masters degree from Naropa University in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Wilderness Therapy. She is currently working on licensure as a Clinical Addictions Specialist and Licensed Professional Counselor. Heather has been working with adolescents and families in the wilderness for seven years. Heather’s areas of experience include addictions, depression, anxiety, self esteem issues, gender identity issues, oppositional behavior and conduct disorder with adolescents and young adults.

Heather’s personal interests include rock climbing, backpacking and kayaking


Erin LevineErin Levine LCSW, LCAS

Admissions Director

Erin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 17 years experience treating individuals seeking recovery from addiction.

In her most recent professional role, Erin was the Clinical Director of the largest private mental-health company in South Florida. She has supervised over 40 licensed mental health practitioners and a cadre of other medical professionals to ensure best practice methods were being utilized in the treatment of the individuals and families.

With 20 years of personal experience in recovery, Erin truly understands the difficulties encountered by individuals and their families on the path to recovery. The tremendous depth of Erin's personal and professional experience makes her the best person to lead the clinical team at Four Circles Recovery Center.


Salli LewisSalli Lewis, PhD

NC Licensed Psychologist
Director of Research

Dr. Sarah (“Salli”) Lewis is a licensed clinical psychologist and the Director of the Research Division for the Center for Research, Assessment, and Treatment Efficacy (CReATE). She provides consultation, clinical assessment, and program evaluation at Four Circles Recovery Center. Currently, Dr. Lewis works in varied educational and clinical settings and is responsible for the design and implementation of numerous treatment outcome studies. Dr. Lewis has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and provides training and professional presentations addressing the role of applied clinical research and evidence-based practice.


Sheneen DanielsSheneen Daniels, PhD

Consulting Psychologist

Dr. Sheneen Daniels is the Director of the Clinical Division for CReATE. She is a licensed psychologist with over 12 years experience in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders and conditions. Specializing in data-driven evaluation and treatment, Dr. Daniels conducts psychological testing and evaluation for Four Circles Recovery Center. She also provides clinical training and supervision, consultation, and program evaluation. Dr. Daniels has worked in numerous inpatient and outpatient clinical settings including hospitals, residential treatment centers, public and private schools, therapeutic boarding schools, private practice, substance abuse treatment programs, and wilderness therapy programs.


Scott MillerScott Miller, Psy.D.

Consulting Psychologist

Dr. Scott Miller is a clinical psychologist who works for CReATE and provides psychological testing and evaluation at Four Circles Recovery Center. Dr. Miller has an extensive background in the assessment and treatment of adults with dual diagnoses and/or chronic mental illnesses. Currently, he conducts comprehensive psychological evaluations and provides individual therapy to adolescents and young adults. His therapeutic approach draws from numerous paradigms, including but not limited to cognitive and behavioral approaches. Before becoming a psychologist, Dr. Miller worked for seven years as an instructor and administrator for the North Carolina Outward Bound School.
