- About My Work
"Seeing with the eyes of another, listening with the ears of another, and feeling with the heart of another." Alfred Adler
This is the quote that I use as guidance to do what I do as a counselor. I love working with individuals and couples. Working with individuals provides me with an opportunity to assist them in establishing and reaching their life's goals while improving their quality of life. I also enjoy working with couples in all stages of their relationship. Teaching couples to improve communication helps them to resolve conflict and in many cases build stronger relational intimacy.
- My Story
I earned a Masters of Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Forensic Counseling with honors from Walden University. I also hold the National Counselor Certification (NCC) which allows me to successfully practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor.
I am a certified Prepare and Enrich Seminar Director. "PREPARE/ENRICH is the leading relationship inventory and skill-building program used nationally and internationally" (www.prepare-enrich.com) I am also a Twogether in Texas Program Participant.
