Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch has cared for young people since welcoming its first child in 1957 and runs psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF) on its historic Billings campus on South 72nd Street West, alongside therapeutic group homes and statewide community-based services. The program works with youth affected by trauma and complex mental health needs, and its admissions team helps families choose within that statewide network. Innova Recovery Center is a trauma-focused treatment provider on Paesanos Parkway in San Antonio that holds The Joint Commission's National Quality Approval and runs separate tracks for women, men, teenagers aged 12 to 17, and military members, veterans and their families. Treatment plans are matched to co-occurring conditions and assigned to therapists trained in specific specialisms rather than a single general program, spanning residential care, partial hospitalisation and intensive outpatient groups plus online therapy. Accepted coverage includes Medicare and private plans such as Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Optum, TRICARE, Magellan and Ambetter.
