Center for Discovery's Plano location opened in 2015 in an estate-style home in the Willow Bend neighborhood of Plano, Texas, and provides residential eating disorder treatment for young people of all genders aged 9 to 17. The program treats anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID, orthorexia and other specified feeding or eating disorders, including cases with co-occurring mental health conditions, and the wider organization also runs intensive outpatient care at three to five hours a day, three to five days a week for adolescents and adults.
