Arizona offers limited insurance parity. Insurance parity is defined as mandating insurance providers to treat mental health and substance abuse conditions as equal to physical conditions and diseases.
Employees working for private firms with more than 50 employees should receive full insurance parity, as should anyone with a very serious mental health condition. All State of Arizona employees will receive full insurance parity.
