Joshua 1:9

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go."

Joshua 1:9

Christ walks with us, every step we take and for always, we take with Christ; and some of us have taken Christ into some shameful places!

But He forgives us, understands our weakness, and rejoices when we call to Him with humility and faith; and although we may be fearful at the journey of recovery, He commands us to be strong and to be brave.

Have faith in the Lord, and place fear aside. God does not test us with more than we can bear, and when we pray to Him, He will guide us through whatever He delivers our way.

Thinking about recovery can be scary, but place fear aside, and believe that Christ walks beside you.

Thinking about all those days of temptation that stretch ahead can be disheartening, but God commands Hope. Have faith and believe that He will see you through.

Pray for courage and for hope, and you will get it. Prayer and faith will see you through. Do not be afraid.
