who voted yes deserve to have a loved one, like a spouse, parent, or sibling become addicted to opiates or the like.
For that matter, I hope you break you ever-f'ing BACK and need fentanyl patches to WALK. I then hope you are in LOTA of pain, need an extra patch and so come up short at the end of the month. The month when your doc is out of the country on vacation. THEN I hope you have to wait a week to get your medication.

THEN come back here and vote your stinkin' arse to jail again......

I agree with the last poster,however it depends on the circumstances whether drug users should be in jail.If they are a dealer and using,yeah sure,they need to do time for supplying others.What I really want to know is, why don't they have a drug rehabilatation centre in jail that is successful in prisoners being and keeping sober?Maybe that's something to address with Mr Obama.And this is definitely a worldwide problem in prisons. I live in New Zealand and they do not offer prisoners here any adequate therapy either, and they tend to get out and use again!Maybe a conspiracy is afoot.....
